Altra's stability shoes use GuideRail, medial support that guides your foot only when and where you need it. It's designed for overpronators, without the constant correction of a traditional stability shoe. The Paradigm 8 Wide is max-cushioned and zero drop; the Experience Flow ST is lighter, with a low 4 mm drop.
Both have the FootShape toe box. If you overpronate or have flat feet, they're a good place to start. See also podiatrist recommended shoes.
