According to Vibram®, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole offers unparalleled grip on both wet and dry surfaces. Stay comfortable on the toughest of trails with an updated Altra EGO™ MAX midsole foam compound. It’s designed for light and luxurious performance with a little extra bounce and added durability. Our most common fit. Designed for a secure midfoot lockdown while still giving the forefoot room to breathe.

A closer-to-foot feel for narrower foot profiles, without sacrificing the space your toes need to function.

Wide

Even more room through the midfoot and forefoot. Built on a 2E last for men and a D last for women.

How to Measure Your Foot

Stand on a piece of paper with your heel flat against a wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe (this isn't always your big toe).
Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
Match the measurement to your size in the table below.

We recommend leaving roughly 1 cm to 1.5 cm of room at the front of the shoe to allow for natural foot expansion during your run.

International sizing can be confusing. Here's the short version for AU shoppers:

Altra always labels its shoes in US sizes. The US column is the size you'll order at checkout.
Men's: Australian men's sizing follows the UK system, so your usual AU size is the same as the UK column. Read across to find the matching US size.
Women's: Australian women's sizing follows the US system, so your usual AU size is the same as the US column — no conversion needed.
If you measure your foot in centimetres, the CM column is the most accurate guide.
EU sizes are shown for reference.
